In correct italian is: Vi mando un ricordo questo è mio figlio defunto tienilo come un caro ricordo per sempre.
Tranlsation:I'm sending you an heirloom, this is my death son, keep this as a dear heirloom forever.
I'm sorry for my english.. ;-)
