Raffaele Mattora, 26, contadino, appeared at the town hall of S. Maria Capua di Vetere with Agostino Maddelone (sp?), 50, bracciale, both of this town, to declare that at 1 PM yesterday, at the house at Via (xxxx), died Antonia Mattora, (looks like 31 years old), housewife, residing in this town, born in this town of Francesco, and Maria (looks like Clemente); wife of Alfonso Mauria (sp?).
Witnesses: Francesco Addario, 50, bracciale and Salvatore Colella, 50, bracciale.
For those of you who have been following my recent posts, I am wondering if this Francesco Mattora could be the missing sibling. The connection is a bit hazy, but I am suspicious. My grandmother, Antonia, was born 2 months later and possibly named after this person who died. Mattora was not a real common name.
Just looking at all of the possibilities.
