The picture has a poor contrast, and i'm not sure of all the words, however this is what i can read:

Die 25 eiusdem [mensis et anni]
Franciscus Majenza ann(orum) 60 cir(citer) o(mn)ibus
Eccl(esi)ae sacr(ament)is munitus p(er) huius Eccl(esi)ae cap(pe)l(lan)us(?)
obiit heri, sepultus est hodie p(er) me ... ...
D. Innoc(entiu)m ... cap(pe)l(lan)us in Eccl(esi)a
Sancti(?) Praesarii

Il giorno 25 [dello stesso mese ed anno]
Francesco Maienza di anni 60 circa
munito di tutti i sacrametni cristiani dal cappellano di questa chiesa
morì ieri e fu sepolto oggì da me ... ...
Don Innocenzo ... cappellano nella chiesa
di San Presario.
