I am keeping my fingers crossed that you will tell me this is my ggrandfather. I can't decipher enough of the record to be sure.
Please don't disappoint me. :(

Sorry Jim but this Death Act is for a boy who was 3 years old. His father was Alessandro and his mother Concetta Fazzio (?)

the deceased boy in the record was three years old. The mother's name looks like Concetta Zappia.

I simply could not read enough of the record on my own to understand what I had. Thank you for your help.
I am disappointed.
