Help translating one word

I am looking for help with one word. What is the meaning of viv ty' just before the name at the end of the first line of this entry.

filia Joannis viv(en)tis=figlia del vivente Giovanni=daughter of the living Giovanni.

So then this one should mean "son of the living"?

I am looking at the notation, Right after the name Sebastoni E'vn ty'. It comes in front of the grandfathers name. I am assuming it might mean "who is living".

Thank you so much Livio. I think I finally get it. I am new at reading this latin handwriting, and you can see how bad I am now.
