I have been working on trying to transcribe my ancestor's birth record, and I have a basic reading knowledge of Italian, as well as some genealogy books. I have done my best, but the handwriting and archaic language is doing me in. I would appreciate any help. I can translate it just fine as long as I can get the correct italian translitteration of the handwriting!!

Baby girl Concetta was born to Gennaro Inviso, 32, farmer, living in Valledolmo, and his wife Marianna Laduca, 24, on 16 December 1884 at 2 AM.
Witnesses: Antonio Scalia, 50, farmer; and Damiano Lana, 30, farmer.
Gennaro appeared before the administrator Antonino Chiavetta at the Town Hall.
To be sure I would have to see the handwriting in the document.
Someone will surely review this and make necessary corrections...
The profession of Gennaro Inviso is "impiegato". The word "contadino" was struck out with a note III...
The side annotation states:
La detta Inviso Concetta cui si riferisce il controscritto atto di nascita, ha contratto matrimonio con Aglialoro Paolo innanzi l'Ufficiale dello Stato Civile di Catania il giorno 30 settembre 1899 come risulta dal corrispondente atto di matrimonio iscritto nei registri dello stato civile di questa cittÃ al numero venti???
