Here is a list of last names. Does the scione ending have any meaning in Italian?

-one is a suffix meaning large, fat, big, and so on.

Sci means ski in english - one of those things crazy people clamp to their boots so they can go swooshing down a snow-covered mountian.

Make of it what you will. :)

As Carmine mentioned, one is an augmentative suffix.
Palla, Pallone = Ball, big ball
...
In the case of the surname mentioned by Misbris, Biscione may be an augmentative of Biscia (grass snake), Ascione could be a large Ascia (hatchet)...
Have no idea about Briscione, Cascione, Corcione

scione has no meaning, at least to my knowledge.
