This looks like discharge papers for Giuseppe Sanfilippo, son of Giovanni and Angela Salamone (sp?), born 3(?) October 18X6 (hard to read this date...ink is very faint) at Monreale.

Then it seems to talk of drawing the number 137 of 377?

Papers signed at Palermo on what appears to be 16 of May 1904
