Does this mean Francesco married Maria Teresa Baldassarre? :?
I searched for a second surname with no success. I recall seeing some discussion on the forum but have never seen it on any of my documents.
Possibly a cousin?

Not uncommon to see the same surname for spouses. More than likely distantly related, could be back several generations...
Yes, according to the record, Maria Teresa Baldassare was the bride. :-)
