Dated Nov 27, 1867 at 4 P.M. in the municipal office of Raddusa

Appearing Giuseppe Allegra, son of deceased Cristofalo, age 40, occupation ?

reported that a feminine infant had been born on the 27th at 8 a.m. to his wife, Rosaria Cammarata,, who was living with him

The infant's name is not given in the body of the record, as you didn't scan the rest of the record, but I see what looks like the beginning of the name Francesca in the margin

Occupation of Giuseppe looks like "zolfaio" - sulfur miner...

And the comune looks like "Caltagirone, Province of Catania, Sicily"

FYI :D

Caltagirone (käl'täj?rô'n?), city (1991 pop. 36,898), SE Sicily, Italy. An agricultural and sulfur-mining center, it has been famous for its majolica ware since the Arab occupation (9th cent.).

The town in the record is definitely Raddusa situated in the district of Caltagirone in the Province of Catania.

There have also been previous records posted by siciliano for the town of Raddusa.
