Birth of Giuseppe Chiaese Manganaro (sp?)
Born on 26 June 1885 at 3 AM (declaration at Town Hall of Calascibetta made at noon)
To
Giovanni Marinno (sp?) Chiaese Manganaro, 26, carpenter, residing in Calascibetta, and
Signoa Carmela Pitta, his wife living with him
Witnesses:
Pietro Capizzi, 50, and Antonio Giliberto, 66.


Second image looks like Giuseppe's sister...
Birth of Matilda Chiaese Manganaro
declared at the Town hall in Calascibetta on 6 April 1883
by Signo Giovanni Chiaese Manganaro, 24, carpenter.
Child born at 10 AM on the 2nd of April to
Signora Carmela Pitta, his wife living with him'

You will find that as you search in a town, there will be many, many births with similar names due to the Italian naming tradition.

Keep checking parent's names, dates, occupations, etc.

There is a marriage notation on the left of Matilda's birth act about a marriage that took place in Calascibetta on 5(?) of August 1902(or 9) to ...

Not sure of the order of this name...but here is how it is written
Vita Pietro Paolo Faustino da Roma.

Well our Giuseppe was born march 3. So these must be cousins. Since thier dad is Giovanni and our guiseppe's dad is ilarione.

Looking again at your reposted upper right corner of Giuseppe's birth act...

It is very difficult to read the entire script... but
the third line from the bottom seems to begin with "il cognome..."

Wonder if this is an official change in the birth act relative to the name. Maybe the order in which the names were written or something similar. You can see Chiaese written on both of the following lines.
