Hi Livio :-)

Thanks for catching my omission of the spouse's name... I translated it, but left it off...

And thanks for the witness's surname...I just couldn't decipher that one!

Looks like the publication of the banns took place on the 17, 20, and 25 of December of the last year (the month before this record)

Hi Tessa! i did some further research and found another certificate in the town of Breccia (Como). Can you read the age of Rachele Teresa Lurati? Could her mothers name be Carolina Bianchi? What do you think?

I also found this Allegati but don't know what it means.

Hi Anton,

Doesn't give age, but does give date of birth... :-)
She was born 8 July 1846.

And yes, I do believe Carolina's surname is Bianchi -- good eyes! :-)

The first Allegati image you posted is the Extract of the Civil Marriage in Drezzo for Ferdinando and Rachele.

Included here is the birthdate of the groom (7 June 1840) and bride (8 July 1846), witnesses, parents, etc.

The second image you posted from the Allegati looks like the first of three publications of the banns. This was done, to give anyone who might have reason to oppose the marriage a chance to say so...

And I believe the town is spelled "Brescia" :-)

I also initially thought it was Brescia, but it is Breccia, nowadays a hamlet of Como...
Breccia is 7.9 Km from Drezzo while Brescia is 142 km...
