Hello and welcome to the forum-
The image of the document did not upload to the forum. Others who upload documents for translation help use programs such as photobucket.com and imageshack.com. You'll have to try using one of those types of programs.

This info has been previously posted on the forum, in case it is of help to you:

Go to imageshack.com.
click on BROWSE
find the record and open it
click on UPLOAD NOW
when upload is complete, click on the DIRECT LINK, copy it and paste it in your message on the forum.
Thanks

I'm sorry, but the pages still did not upload properly. I should be able to click on them, and they should enlarge, but they don't. I tried importing one of the pages into my photo program but, when I try to zoom in, it is out of focus. I can see that he was 26 and had been born in Pignola, and the names of his parents, but nothing else. Since this is a completely handwritten document from Part II of the records, the death occurred somewhere other than his hometown.

It's still not enlarging properly. It seems to want to enlarge and then goes back immediately to the small image. Someone else on the forum is going to have to help you with uploading the pages. Once they do, either I or someone else on the forum will definitely help you with the translation work.
