translation of two death records needed - thank you

I have two death records that I cannot translate. It would be great if someone with the talent could give me the translations. These are for my great grandfather Nicolo Vareton and my Great Great grandfather Giuseppe Vareton.

Giuseppe Vareton died in the Hospital Pammatone (Genova) on 8 February 1912. He was born in Venezia and lived in Genova, he was an accountant aged 70, son of the deceased Pietro and Teresa Ferrero, husband of Giuseppina Quintavalle.

Nicolò Vareton died in the Hospital Pammatone (Genova) on 27 January 1896. He was born in Napoli and lived in Milano, clerk in the railroad Co aged 31, son of Giuseppe and of Giuseppa Quintavalle, husband of Anna Caropreso.
