In front of Marino Maria Caterina is written "And also appeared"

Father is "padre incerto" - yes, father is uncertain.

On the date justinfrombklyn gave you above, at 2:15 PM at the town hall.

At the bottom of the document is the statement about documents that were presented that day including the death act of the father of the groom; the certificate of free state of the spouses, and the assent of the mothers of the spouses.
Then the official wrote that he read the present act to all and the witnesses signed with him.

Right side column gives the datesof publication of the banns...
1st - on 21 October
2nd - on 28 October
3rd - on 1 November

The first two were usually consecutive Sundays, and the banns were posted on the doors of the Town Hall.

As usual, thank you all very much for your help! As someone getting started in the Italian research all your experience in reading the handwritten cursive is fantatstic!

So, would you be able to give me the same basic information on this one too. Please don't tell me "padre unceratin" again.

Date looks like 26 of January...

That would work with the date in the left column

1st publication on Jan 26
2nd on February 2
