Clarification of names

I would like some clarification of two groups of names that look similar, and may or may not be similar. What is the translation of them.
Group 1. Joannis, Joanne, Jois, Joe.
Group 2, Dominici, Dominico, Dominicus
Occasionally in birth records, the priest clearly used a different name for the same person.

Latin uses declensions and Latin document have a lot of abbreviations

Jois and Joe are abbreviation of Joannes, which becomes Joannis in the genitive declensions. They are all translated Giovanni

Group 2: this is Domenico in various declensions...
