Italian Record Translation

Hello,

Our family has discovered a death record from Italy that we believe could be the key to discovering our ancestry. Could someone please translate it for us?

Moisè Di Forte died on Oct 7 1878 in Marianopoli, aged 1 year and 6 months, the death was registered on the 8th.
He was born in Marianopoli to Calogero, farmer and to Eloisa Palermo spinner.

Hello Jeff,

This death record is for Moise Di Forte, age 1 year and 5 months.
Dated 15 August 1882, death was on the 14th at 2 PM
Father - Antonio, peasant farmer
Mother - Giuseppa Abate, seamstress
