Well, it's hard to read...

On December 19th, 1868, at 6 p.m., in the Town House of Montella. Before me, Nicola Bruni, mayor etc etc...appeared Luigi Tantillo of the late Michelangelo, 48 years old, peasant, born and living in this Commune, who showed me a female child, that he declared to have been born on day 19 at xxx, by his wife Orsola Marianello (?) of the late Angelo, 40 years, peasant, residing with him in their house in Strada San Giovanni in this Commune, to whom child he gives name Maria. Such declaration was made in the presence of Carmine Tantillo of the late Vincenzo, 60 years old, and of Carmine Pascale of the late Gaetano, 70 years, both peasants living in this Commune.....
