Camillo Milano, 50, peasant farmer; and Raffaele Marranniero(sp?), 40, peasant farmer
to declare that at 3AM today (26th) died Camillo diPersio, 68, peasant farmer,
son of deceased Achille, peasant farmer and of deceased Felicia di Gregorio;
husband of Maria Lauretana Consante/Consorte?

I would say yes, Maria was still alive, or it would have said "widower of..." rather than "husband of..." :)
