I believe this is Celeste (?) DiPersio's death record. Sister of CAmillo if I'm not mistaken. Thank you!

Just a couple of spelling changes :-)
I would say the father's name is ACHILLE
Mother - FELICIA di GREGORIO

I'm stumped on the husband's surname too :?
