This looks to be an extract of birth record for Assunta Squitieri (name clearer now :-) )
Born 26 July 1882 in Sarno to
father - Natale
mother - Rosa Pappacena
This extract was issued on 29 April 1848
to use for pension... (probably proof of age to receive a pension)

Edited to agree with the 1882 DOB that Marty sees!
