Translation Please

Middle of the page I believe the parents are Liberato Buccella son of Gennaro and Maria Giovanina D'Alberto daughter of Zopito? I also see the name Antonio. Is this a birth record for Antonio Buccella? Are you able to make out the year and day for this record? Thanks again for your help.
