Several documents related to the marriage of my great grandparents ... The last two appear similar but have a different printed notation after the officials signature. Did these two serve different purposes ? Any and All information about these would be greatly appreciated as beyond these I suspect I'll need to go to the church or diocese.

Hi my name is Renzo Gallinetti, my parents were born in Italy, they lived in Brusnengo, my grandparents were Guiseppe Gallinetti and Carolina Gallinetti born in about mid 1880's my dad in 1906, he left Italy in about 1932.
