Please help with marriage documents

I'm not entirely sure if these two documents are the same thing...

The second image looks like the Pubblicazioni di Matrimonio, which is the publication of the banns of marriage. According to the law, in order to proceed with the marriage there must be publication of the announcement on the door of the town hall for two consecutive Sundays, and the Thursday before the wedding, so that anyone who might have objections to this marriage may come forward.
Has the same information as the first image, basically.
