In the year 1918, day 10 of month April in the Parish of San Martin in Tribogna was made the following declaration of Death.
On the 10th of the month of April, at 10 o'clock in the district of the parish in Bassi di Tribogna the sacraments of ( cant read the rest of this line)
And death of Luigia Casagranda, age 74, profession of (can't read), born in Tribogna, daughter of Bernando and Angela Rosasco and the widow of Giovan Battista Basso.
The corpse was buried in the cemetery of Tribogna.
The death was declared by Andrea Ginssra (sp ?), age 56.
Signature of the declarant: Anddrea Ginssra (sp ?)

The Pastor: Sig Sley Capurra (sp ?)

died
Luigia Casagranda, age 74, profession of housewife (massaia), born in Bassi di Tribogna, daughter of Bernando and Angela Rosasco and widow of Giovan Battista Basso.
The corpse was buried in the cemetery of Tribogna on the day 12.
The death was declared by Andrea Giuffra, age 56.
