Thanks Marty.

What about the 1907 death? Can't read that one either.

1st page of 1907 death - It is the cover page of the "attachments folder" related to the amendments to Giuseppe Gaeta death record

2nd page of 1907 death - It is the Caltanisetta Court order (issued 24 Jan? 1910) to modify the name of the spouse in the death record of Giuseppe Gaeta (#75 year 1907). The name should read Antonia instead of Marianna.

I assume that you are using Ancestry and if you look at Giuseppe's death record (DOD Nov 4 1907) you will see the related annotation, also in the year 1910 record 1 of the Parte II serie C register you will see the transcription, dated Jan 25 1910, of the court order (image #34 of Atti di Morte 1910).

I am in fact using Ancestry. I had located what I had pretty late last night and was becoming unable to find what I was looking for.

I did find that record after you pointing it out and did read the notation as well as the other.

Can't thank you enough Livio.
