Help with Birth Certificate Translation

Postby scraig32 » 09 May 2012, 18:27

Can anyone help with the translation of a birth certificate? I think it is for my great great grandmother Giovannina Maria. It is the last (bottom, right) document on the page. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
