birth record with more than one name & translation

i would appreciate help in understanding what this (record #93) is recording, as it lists 4 names and different dates from date of recording (29 marzo 1894). is it correcting previous birth entries? recording 4 births from same mother (quadruplets?) or different mothers? or .....

much of the handwriting is difficult for me to decipher.

This appears to be a correction of the birth records of the four listed children.
It corrects the mother's name on their birth records as Maria Francesca, rather than Francesca.

Dates of birth:
Edigio - 19 June 1880
Antonio - 19 June 1882
Elvira - 23 March 1889
Mariannina - 5 May 1893
