Death record for Luigi Crispino-1898

This is my Great-Grandfather Luigi Crispino
Reported: 26 December 1898, died at 6 pm yesterday at home at Via Zalorfi, #8, Luigi Crispino, age 60, tenant farmer, living in Rotondi, born in Rotondi, son of Gennaro, lived in Rotondi, and Rosa Lanni, lived in Rotondi. Luigi was the widower of Luigia Simeone.

Also an interested in the writing in the margin (separate image)

The margin note is actually the closing out of the book for that year. It is dated 1 January of the next year and signed by the official.
