The baby was stillborn and given the name Francesca Mineo

It looks like we still need to find Francesca Mineo's birth act.
Her SSDI states she was born 11 Mar 1901

YES... this is the correct record.
Father is Giacomo
Mother is Concetta Pampallona
And the marriage notation has her marrying Giacomo Riccobene, son of Angelo, on May 20, 1920.

Birth Record is #253
Dated 12 Marche 1901
Father is age 40, a villager/countryman, residing in the town.
Child was born at 5 AM on the 11th of the month at the place at Via Acquanova #100
to Concetta Pampallona, his wife, peasant farmer, living with him.
Witnesses to the declaration and recording of the act were Nicolo Randazzo and Antonino Pampallona.
