what you have as Leresa is Teresa

the witness Cioffi's first name is Marcilio

Ragucci is Girolamo's surname (this is the witness you identified as Sirain (?)
Francesco's surname is the same.

I think Rosa's surname is Guerrieri and that what comes after that is not part of the surname.

Thank you erudita74!

Thanks, jerry

Jerry, I'm not sure about Teresa's surname but I am thinking Migniuolo.

I see there are people on the internet with the surname, and one or two people on Ellis Island who came from Naples with it, but I don't see the surname in the current Italian phonebook.

Jerry
Are there indices for this town's records? Sometimes looking in an index at the various surnames also helps to know if the surname is correct, or even if the first letter of the surname is correct. I think it's the right surname, but if it's rare in this town's records, then maybe another record will indicate if this person was from somewhere else.

I only saved the portion of the index that shows this marriage record's names. It is the 3rd image posted on my original posting.

I saw the third image that you posted, but the small section which appears on my screen has names which are not in the record you posted.

Now I know that I have Rosa's surname wrong. It may be Varrichione.
