Foundling birth registration

My great grandfather was abandoned at a "wheel" in Palermo. I located his birth registration and have been able to translate a large portion of it but there are some gaps. Attached are the original document, italian transcription and english translation. If anyone can fill in the gaps I would be eternally grateful.

Non ho controllato tutto ma per il punto interrogativo che hai messo la parola è : DAMASCATA
è scritto " una camicia fascia damascata "
