Happy to see you are attempting the translation and am anxious to learn how to read these documents. I hope you'll persevere in doing this.

First of all, the record was recorded at 12:20 (venti) and not 12:30 P.M.

The town official was a lawyer-there is the abbreviation for the word avvocato before his name which was Cavalli Giuseppe, Sindaco (mayor)

The informant (baby's father) was age 29, an industrioso-manufacturer, trader

The house address looks like Via Piano Lupo # 69 (possibly 65)

The wife, Maria Zappala, was a casalingua (housewife), she was living with him (the informant-baby's father)

The baby was of masculine sex and given the name Giuseppe

Santo(?) Giovanni, manauale-manual laborer

Ali Alfio, 50, contadino

The handwritten section: I read the present act to all who intervened saying that by me and by the informant it was signed below with the exception of the witnesses who have stated that they did not know how to write (dice da me e dal dichiarante sottoscritto ad eccezione dei testimoni che hanno dichiarato di non sapere scivere)

Caruso Carmelo

also-
The official of the civil state

Avv Giuseppe Cavalli
