document from 1867, possibly from the King

This is an old document from, I think, the office of King Vittorio Emmanuele II, written in 1867 and is a 20 page document. Was hoping someone could make out from page 1, roughly what it's about. It has his name at the top and it has the stamp of the king at the bottom of the last page.
I tried asking the Italian National aerchives in Rome, but they took me for a shady dealer in stolen documents. I even offered to DONATE the document if it was significant to Italy.

Well, they appear to be old family documents, contracts, tax receipt, maybe even a copy of an old court case. I have lots of these and the Kings name at the top is just a formality to show it is official. If they are from your family you might consider getting them translated. Otherwise they do not appear to be particularly important nationally.
