At hour 13 (1 PM) on day 24 February before Saverio Mainolfi, Mayor of the Comune of Cervinara, District of Avellino, Province of Principato Ultra, appeared Luca Perrotta, age 30, profession of (falegname) carpenter, living in the aforesaid Comune, presented a male child, born to his legitimate wife Maria Teresa Barbaro, age 30, living in the aforesaid Comune, born on day 23 of February at hour 11 (?), a child named Gaetano.
witnesses: Don (?), age 40, profession of (sacerdote) priest, living in the aforesaid Comune, AND Sabino Cioffi, age 40, professon of (calzolaio) shoemaker, living in the aforesaid Comune, Cervinara.

You're definitely doing better, Jerry. The poor condition of some of these records though is making it difficult for even those of us with a lot of experience to decipher some of the info accurately.
