help with translation of grandmothers birth record

This is my grandmother's birth record. I'm trying to determine how old her father & mother (Gaetano & Carmela) were when my grandmother (Rosa) was born. Also looking for the address if it says other than Montedoro where the birth took place.
Can anyone help with this translation?

The birth was registered Sep 11 1883

Actual birth Sep 10 1883, at 3:30pm, Via Capuccini #10, Montedoro

Father: Gaetano Sferrazza aged 29, sulphur miner,
Mother: Teresa Campanella aged 21, spinner
