Hi everyone! I found the death record of Signor Domenico Sabatelli, widower of Caterina de Pinto who are the parents of Maria Colomba Sabatelli. I was able to translate the following:
date of Death: Jan. 31, 1822
Name: Signor Domenico Sabatelli (son of deceased Corrado and Angela Rosa Salustio)

Death reported by Signor Francesco Sabatelli, age 40 (son of Domenico) - profession: Serivano ? ; and Signor Giuseppe Sabatelli, age 32 (also son of deceased) - profession: Serivano ?

Why is Domenico and both his sons given the title of Signor? And, what profession is "Serivano"? Where they his servants?

Here is the link to the record:

I thank you in advance for your time and assistance.
It is hoped that the research I am doing helps to discover, preserve and celebrate my family history.

The profession is "Scrivano"=scribe.
They got the title of "Signore" because they were important in the town, most likely because the were able to write and read.
