Dated Feb 21, 1899 at 11::17 a.m. in the town hall.

Appearing was the informant, Mariantonia Meloro, age 64, a midwife living in Bagnoli. It was she who reported that, at 1:30 a.m. on the 19th of the current month, in the house at #4 via Bonelli, a male infant was born to Lucia Vivolo, the wife of Giambattista Cella. They were both peasant/farmers living in this town. It was this infant whom she was presenting and to whom was given the name Angelo Luca.

Witnesses to the declaration of the birth, and presentation of the infant, were Carmine Cipriano, age 66, and Luigia Ianora, age 37, a day laborer.

The midwife announced the birth above in place of the husband of Vivolo, as something prevented him from doing so.

Other than the town official signing the document below, only the witness Cipriano signed. The others did not sign, as they were illiterate.
