maybe:
"mazziere/o"= Who, marking time with a sledgehammer, start the parade of a band, a group of majorettes, etc...

The groom, who was a Vincenzo, was a contadino or peasant/farmer, but the bride's father, Vincenzo Lima, had the occupation which suanj indicated below:
