Please help translate Marriage Carmelo Viola

Dated 14 August 1913 at 12:30 PM at the town office in Bronte
Before the official appeared Carmelo Viola, age 34, landowner, born and residing in Bronte, son of Francesco of Bronte, and of Teresa Zappia, residing in Bronte;
AND
Giuseppa Nicosia, age 20, housewife, born and residing in Bronte, daughter of Antonino, residing in Bronte, and of Filomena Foti, residing in Bronte.
Witnesses: Ignazio Battaglia, 74, town messenger; and Antonino Serravalle, 50, shoemaker.
Publication of the banns were made on 25 May and 1 June, last.
Consent was given by parents of bride.
