Birth Certificate Translation Requested

Please help. I am particularily interested in the parent's names. I think they are Giusppe Greco and Lolita Caselle.

Giuseppe Greco is the father. The infant was born from his natural union with a woman with whom he was not married or in any degree related. She is not named in the record
