Please translate these words. They were written on the back of a picture.
Thanks.

"Ricordo dei suoi nipoti Baglio Luiggi e Baglio Vincenza"
"Souvenir of your *** Baglio Luigi and Baglio Vincenza"

*** = The Italian word "nipoti" may indicate both "grandchildren" and "Nephew/niece"

So what you are saying is Luiggie and Vincenza aren't the children in the picture, they are the ones who sent the picture?

I obviously don't know who sent the picture, but it should be the portrait of Luigi and Vincenza Baglio.
What I was saying is that it's impossible to tell which kind of relationship Luigi and Vincenza had with the recipient: they could have been his/her grandchildren or his/her nephew and niece.
