It's a transcription of a death occurred in Montecalvario (Napoli Province).
Francesco Remigiotti died in the Hospital of Montecalvo on Feb 24 1815 aged 25 he was a line soldier.
The record was registered in Atri on April 3 1815
Names of parents are not shown.

Thanks for the information. I will send an email for the military record.
I have sent a number of requests for italian vital records in the past (by registered mail) and was unsuccessful; the reply was in most cases: "record not found." With a few record requests, I never received a reply.
At least with an email, I will have an answer faster (I hope) than with regular mail.
