second set of eyes on death record, pls

any thoughts on the last name on this death record....i am wondering if the deceased's name is Anna Maria Iuspa? might the 's' & the 'p' be closely written together?

I think it is Iuspa, as you stated, but it's really difficult to say with 100% accuracy.
