1823 Birth Record Francesco

Postby Haztek » 20 Jun 2013, 00:27

Record #12
In later years, the family name is spelled DeGirolamo, but in this 1823 record it looks something like di Geronino? I know I have the correct family??
Looking for the address of where they were living.Looks like Strada di Lusi #17
Also, on many records from this comune, donato is after the first name of the newborn. What does this mean?
Thanks, jerry

jerry,
comparing to other words...
re: last name - i see 'di geronimo'

re: address - i see Luci

re: frequency of donato.....i can't speak to what this means other than a preferred name, maybe someone else knows of some significance.
