Year: 1849, Month: September, Date: 21st, Appeared: Felice Antonio Graziosi, Age: 28, Profession: peasant, Living: Atri, Wife and Mother: Reparata Rosa Ferretti, Age: 28, Profession: peasant, Living: Atri, Name of Baby: Michela.

In the lower right-hand corner is a note about Michela Graziosi with the date of February 1869. Thanks for any help with this notation.

Still very blurry.... Hope someone else will also take a look...
Here is what I think I can read

In 1869 on 2 February, Michela Graziosi, in the above written act of birth, married today with Emidio(?) Simone(?), born in Atri in 1845
Difficult to decipher exactly, but it appears to state that the above notation was transmitted on 13 April 1869.
