In the lower right-hand corner is a note about Michela Graziosi with the date of February 1869. Thanks for any help with this notation.

This is the image of the notation. I can make out it is marriage note about Michela's marriage date of February 1869. This is best image I have of the notation.

Here is what I think I can read
In 1869 on 2 February, Michela Graziosi, in the above written act of birth, married today with Emidio(?) Simone(?), born in Atri in 1845
Difficult to decipher exactly, but it appears to state that the above notation was transmitted on 13 April 1869.
