Please translate these two records. One is a death record and looks like it is very hard to decipher. Any info you can get from this would be helpful. The other is a birth. I think both names are Anna Maria DiGiovanni. Gracie
Death record dated Jan 23rd, 1864 at 4 P.M. in Sambuca Anna Maria di Giovanna died in the house of her father at noon on the 23rd. She was 1 month old and a farmer who was born in Sambuca and living there on Strada del Collegio. She was the daughter of Michele di Giovanna, a peasant/farmer, and Vincenza Montaleone.
The birth record is for a different Anna Maria born later in the same year to this same couple. It is dated Dec 15, 1864 at 7 P.M. in Sambuca Appearing was 49 year old midwife, Laura Bacino. She presented the infant born to Vincenza Monttalione, age 24 (here the surname has an "i" and not an "e" before "one"), and her husband, Michele di Giovanna, age 30, a peasant/farmer. The infant was born on the 14th of the current month at 8 P.M., in their home, and baptized in the Parish of Sambuca on Dec 15th.
