I can't see the act# in the first document, anyway: Grazia Girardi died on January 19th, 1868. Her death was not declared, or not written down by Registrar, in death registers of the Commune. So there had to be a sentence of the Court of Avellino, issued on October 5th, that recognized she actually died, on the basis of an affidavit. An extract of the sentence was inserted in the volute of enclosures (don't know if this is the right word...maybe attachment? Please tell me what would be better!) and the Registrar also wrote it down in the registers of Deaths.
