Dated May 3, 1898 at 8:10 a.m. in the town hall of Frigento.
Appearing were Carmine Pugliese, age 53, peasant/farmer, and Carmine Capobianco, age 60, same occupation. They reported that at noon yesterday, in the house at #2 Contrada Salacone, Carmina Ciampi had died. She was age 37, a peasant/farmer, and the daughter of Vitantonio Ciampi and Rosa Cirpriano. She as the wife of Angelo Michele di Rita. Witnesses were Nicolangelo Capobianco, age 62, peasant/farmer, and Carmina Pelosi, age 50, property owner. The document was signed by the witnesses and town official. The informants were illiterate and did not sign.
