what i can read...
first record:

appearing is Michele di Giovanna, son of deceased Girolamo, age 32, farmer (agricoltare), living in Santa Margarita, declares on 3 July, at 7am, a female child is born . Mother is Audenzia Ciralolo, daughter of Vito, living in the town at via Becchini (?). She is named Giovanna. Witnesses are Calogero Gulotta, son of Michele, age 30, middle class (borgese), and Gaspare Marchello, son of Francesco, age 35, both living in Santa Mar...

second record:
#58 dated 16 Feb 1862. Micheledi Giovanna, son of deceased Girolamo, age 31, farmer born in Sambuca living in the town declares that on 15 Feb 9am a female child is born. Mother is Audenzia Ciralolo, living at Via Cattuno??. Child is named Giovanna. Witnesses are Audenzio Puglise, son of Giuseppe, age 40, farmer, and Calogero Tommiccello, age 28, farmer, son of Calogero, both living in Santa Margherita

others may be able to fill in the blanks I missed.

Thanks so much. So I gather the first Giovanna probably died and then they named the next daughter Giovanna also.
